Alex Matheson - Managing Director
Alex has a MBA from Waikato University & comes from a background in the Dairy Industry and Finance. He was brought up on a Diary Farm in Taranaki & has a wealth of hands on experience to add to his qualifications.
Alex is passionate about great customer service and is always looking to improve business processes, products, equipment and manufacturing practices.
James Blackbourn -
Sales & Business Development
James has recently joined out of university completing his degree in Commercial law and International business.
Better Industrial takes pride in producing products that are manufactured accurately and to a high standard. James has a passion for excellent customer service and is responsible for our customers from the moment they make an order to the end delivered product.
Lisa Blackbourn -
Managing Director
Lisa is one of the Company Directors' and manages all aspects of the accounts/business development & administration side of Better Industrial.
Originally from a Sales and Marketing background, she has over 25 years experience in business. Her role entails all things admin and number crunching, taking care of both internal and external finances, along with marketing, business planning and ISO9001 administration.
Ankit Prajapati - Chief CNC Engineer
Ankit is in charge of the day to day operations for all 3 of our CNC machines. He is supported by his assistant Sam, the two of them ensure our workshop never stops running.
Ankit is a master of CNC operations and never fails to deliver exact replicas of gaskets that customers require. Ankit also specializes in providing CNC solutions to customer problems, and never shy's away from a challenging job.
