Spiral Wound (Style CG)
A general purpose gasket with a centering ring and spiral winding (sealing element) consisting of pre-formed metal and soft filler material. Suitable for flat face and raised face flanges up to Class 2500. Available to suit a large range of sizes and flange classes.
Spiral Wound (Style CG-IR)
Suitable for flat face and raised face flanges up to Class 2500, this style is recommended for higher pressure applications. Inner ring acts as a compression limiter and protects sealing elements from process media attack. Available to suit a large range of sizes and flange classes.
Spiral Wound (Style R)
Suitable for tongue & groove, male-female, or groove-to-flat face flanges. Has a spiral winding only, containing pre-formed metal and soft filler. The inner and outer diameters of winding are reinforced for greater stability. Available to suit a large range of sizes and flange classes.
Ring Type Joints (RTJ's)
The Ring Type Joint (RTJ) gasket is a forged ring that fits into the machined groove of an RTJ flange. Ring Type Joint gaskets are either octagonal or oval in cross-section and are generally used for high pressure and high-temperature applications. Available in various styles & materials.
